Refund policy

Before work starts

If you change your mind before we have begun preparing your paperwork, contact us and we will refund what you paid.

After work starts

Once we have begun, we can refund what has not yet been spent for you. Amounts already paid to the state, to a courier, or to form a company cannot be recovered, because they have left our hands. We will tell you exactly what those amounts are before refunding the rest.

If the state refuses a filing

If Montana will not accept a registration for a reason that is our fault, we correct it at no charge, or refund you if it cannot be corrected. If the filing fails because information you gave us was wrong, or because a document you sent was not valid, our fee still applies for the work done.

Items already sent

Plates, decals and custom items that have been produced or shipped cannot be refunded. Custom plates are made to order.

Subscriptions

Renewal subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next charge. We email you seven days before each renewal charge so you have time to cancel.
